Working Principle:
The multi-functional heat press generates high temperature through its built-in heating plate, which is heated by electric heating elements. The temperature can be precisely adjusted via the control panel. Once the heating plate reaches the preset temperature, the transfer material (with patterns or text on transfer paper) is placed between the heating plate and the pressure plate. At this point, the pressure plate applies a certain amount of pressure through the mechanical transmission system, ensuring that the transfer material is tightly in contact with the substrate (such as T-shirts, fabrics, etc.). Under the combined action of high temperature and pressure, the adhesive on the transfer paper melts, and the pattern or text is transferred to the substrate. After a certain period of time, the heat press is turned off, and the transfer material is allowed to cool. The adhesive rehardens, fixing the pattern or text in place.
Throughout the process, the multi-functional heat press employs intelligent control technology to automatically adjust the temperature and pressure, ensuring consistent and stable transfer results. Additionally, its efficient drying function quickly removes excess moisture from the substrate, improving production efficiency.
