Vertical electrostatic oiler is suitable for micro-oiling process, with oiling amount range of 1-12.5mg/m2/single side, for lubrication and rust prevention, generally used for coating food grade DOS/DOS-A/ATBC/BSO and other oils, used for tinning line (tinplate ETP), chrome plating line (TFS), aluminum foil can coating line and other process occasions. It has the characteristics of stable, accurate and reliable oiling. At present, vertical electrostatic oiler has more than 300 lines of application sites in the world.
The spray mechanism installed on both sides of the machine body sucks DOS oil from the oil tank by compressed air and atomizes it into extremely small mist particles through the nozzle. The oil mist generated at this time is nearly 100 times that of meeting the work needs. Under the push of the secondary airflow, the oil mist passes through the special screening mechanism in the atomization chamber. The larger particles and the excess oil mist are filtered and refluxed. The oil mist that meets the needs enters the ionization area. The ionization area has a 15KVDC high voltage to form an electric field. The oil mist is positively charged when passing through this electric field, and then enters the electric field adsorption section. The electrostatic field is a 50KVDC parallel high-voltage electrode plate. Since the plate belt is grounded, it is a grounding electrode. According to the principle of electromagnetic fields that like poles repel each other and opposite poles attract each other, the charged oil mist is evenly adsorbed on the surface of the moving belt plate passing through the electrostatic field adsorption section.
